Input management

GASAG (BAS)
Valuable hours usually pass before the daily business mail reaches the right recipient in the company. Letters, faxes and emails have to be opened, sorted and forwarded. IAB's tailor-made process solution offers a fast solution: incoming mail is received and digitized using state-of-the-art technology, an AI-based workflow is triggered and enables automatic distribution to the responsible clerks. Classification is also carried out based on incident types/attributes. Berlin-based energy supplier GASAG and its billing service provider BAS also rely on the FP Group's solutions.
