- Your old appliance will be collected within the next few working days (no collection on Saturdays and Sundays)
- Collection is free of charge for you if this was ordered in connection with a new purchase from Francotyp-Postalia Vertrieb und Service GmbH.
- Only old appliances that are packaged ready for shipment will be collected; the UPS courier will bring the required address label.
- UPS only transports parcels up to a maximum size of 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm and a maximum weight of up to 32 kg
- Additional collection orders must be placed for several parcels.
- The order cannot be changed or canceled.
- For special sizes please use our Large appliance form.
