Provision of all DPAG rate changes from as little as 2.29 € per month
Dear customers,
This contract protects you against the calculation of rate table adjustments, for example in the event of postage changes by Deutsche Post AG. We provide you with all DPAG rate updates for the duration of the contract. If you do not order the FreeTariff update, we will charge you separately for the provision of new rate tables once they have been loaded into the machine.
For franking systems already installed (see table), you also have the option of insuring yourself against being charged for rate table updates in the future.
Prices valid from 01.01.2022. The basic term is 24 months. Automatic renewal for a further 12 months if not terminated by the customer at least 3 months before expiry.

Frequently asked questions
Why do I have to pay for the provision of the rate table?
The increased expenses in connection with the provision of the rate adjustments, in particular the investments in the necessary IT infrastructure, can no longer be offset by internal optimization. Both the now large and complex scope of DPAG's postage products (approx. 500 products) and the security requirements are major cost drivers.
Is the provision of rate tables not included in FP Basic?
Since January 2019, the provision of rate tables has been subject to a charge. Alternatively, all customers can already conclude the FreeTariff Update contract today and thus "insure" themselves against being charged for the provision of individual rate tables.
Is there a new customer bonus?
Yes, the following applies in principle: New rate tables are generally provided free of charge in the first 2 months after commissioning.
