In some cases, the customer's security settings (firewall/proxy server) may prevent the "app file" required in step 3 from being loaded/executed/installed. To work around this problem, you can download the Navigator software here as a complete package in one file*.
Note: As this is a standalone version without network support, this procedure does not perform any update checks or automatic updates when installing the Navigator during operation. To ensure that your Navigator installation remains up to date in the future, we recommend that you check this page at regular intervals for an available update.
Please note in advance of the installation that in order to use the Navigator software, an additional activation (in some cases subject to a charge) must be carried out in the FP franking systems provided for this purpose. For further information, please contact your sales representative.
