1. the bonus points program is operated by Francotyp-Postalia Vertrieb und Service GmbH (FP). It is an additional remuneration and is aimed at our customers who order in the login area of the Internet store. Partner companies, employees or their relatives are not eligible to participate. If customers do not participate, they are not entitled to alternative compensation.
2. bonus points on an order are granted in the amount shown in each case (e.g. in the checkout area). Special promotions are possible. FP reserves the right to correct incorrectly calculated points due to system errors. The points expire after 3 years.
3. bonus points are redeemed by the customer for the rewards offered. Payment in cash or a discount deduction from the invoice is not possible.
4. if rewards are sold out, they will be replaced by rewards of the same value as far as possible.
5. rewards that have already been shipped and were wrongly ordered, e.g. due to cancellation, will be returned to FP freight collect. Bonus points from canceled deliveries will be deducted again.
6. the delivery of the reward is free of shipping costs. The rewards are usually delivered within10 working days.
7. it is not possible to exchange rewards, e.g. if they are not to your liking.
8 FP does not assume any guarantee for the premiums delivered. In the event of complaints in connection with the delivered premium (incorrect delivery, defects, etc.), please contact the premium supplier directly. The enclosed delivery and returns bill must be retained for this purpose.
9. the vouchers offered in the rewards program are subject to a validity period, please note.
