All packaging used by Francotyp-Postalia is taken back free of charge at the regional offices.
Sales packaging is packaging that is offered as a sales unit and accumulates at the end consumer. Sales packaging can be disposed of via the yellow bags or special waste containers provided by Duales System Deutschland AG free of charge, provided it is marked with the "Green Dot" of the Dual System. We will take back other sales packaging free of charge.
Outer packaging that is used as additional packaging to sales packaging and is not required to protect the goods from damage or soiling for delivery to the end consumer is removed by Francotyp-Postalia before dispatch and sent for recycling.
Transport packaging will be taken back free of charge in accordance with the obligation under § 4 para. 1 VerpackV, provided that the return or delivery to Francotyp-Postalia is free of charge for us. Returned transport packaging will be reused or recycled as far as possible.
