At the same time, we manage
- deregistration with DPAG if required,
- have any credit balance paid out,
- organize environmentally friendly disposal in accordance with EU directives,
- and support you in commissioning a logistics provider.
If you deregister your old appliance yourself (via the menu) and send it to us yourself, you will incur costs of 149.00€ plus 19% VAT. If our ZW collects and deregisters your machine, the cost is 199.00 € plus 19% VAT. If we drive to your site with a technician and deregister the machine ourselves, there are costs of 296.00 € plus 19% VAT. If you buy a new replacement appliance, the return of the appliance is usually free of charge.
