Due to the adjustments made by Deutsche Post AG in connection with the discontinuation of the infrastructure discount and the parallel introduction of the ID and runtime discount, we are providing all customers with an active software maintenance contract with new versions of our MailReport and MailReport Viewer software solutions free of charge.
Please note: the download is only permitted for MailReport software solutions for which the user can provide evidence of an active software maintenance contract for the agreed number of installations. In the event of non-compliance, FP reserves the right to take legal action, including deactivating the MailReport function of the franking system used.
Once the update has been successfully completed, the new versions meet DPAG's requirements for processing orders to obtain the franking ID and transit time discount via the AM Exchange procedure. Please only use the function for registering the transit time discount after the new regulations come into force on 01.01.2023!
We will not provide a corresponding update for the software solution "MailReport for CentorMail"!
Please note: for communication with DPAG's AM portal in the context of ID & transit time discount use, TCP port 10443 must be activated for outgoing data connections with the new MailReport versions for PostBase from V2.12!
