FP Basic
FP Basic is the basic contract for the operation of all franking systems and includes all the basic requirements for operating FRANKIT franking systems. In addition to topping up postage credit, this also includes software updates for the franking systems and updating postal security information. The contract also includes free calls to the FP hotline.
FP-Care service packages
With our FP-Care service packages, we offer you all-round protection for the smooth operation of your mail processing systems. We offer you a choice of two different contract variants: "Classic" and "Premium". We will work with you to determine the right service package for your personal requirements - with fixed, calculable costs and the usual fair price-performance ratio. In the event of a fault, you will not incur any additional costs for travel/collection, working time, replacement or wearing parts.
FP-Care Classic
The basic service from FP at particularly favorable conditions. If your system malfunctions, we will have your device collected by our logistics partner, carry out the necessary repairs in our central workshop in Germany and return the fully functional device to you, usually within three working days.
FP-Care Premium
The "FP-Care Premium" contract variant is the convenient complete solution for the highest service requirements. All services are carried out on site - usually on the next working day - by qualified service technicians and the system-dependent preventive maintenance included ensures high availability even with large shipment volumes.
FP free cliché
Turn your business mail into an individual advertising medium and bring more variety to your mailings! With our "free cliché" contract, you can use the standard cliché templates from our FP portal for your franking free of charge. For the provision of all self-designed clichés, you benefit from significantly more favorable conditions with a discount of up to 50% over the entire term of the contract.
FP freePrint
We have something against high follow-up costs - that's why we offer you our high-quality and DPAG-certified ink cartridges at a particularly fair price-performance ratio. For all those who want to print even more cheaply and at fixed, calculable costs, there are our FreePrint contracts for PostBase 30/45/65/100. FreePrint contracts guarantee you the free delivery of ink cartridges within the agreed shipment volume.
