The 360° view of your postage costs

Vision360 provides a 360-degree view of your company's postage usage to better monitor, manage and control mailing spend. It can be accessed conveniently online via the FP customer portal and offers users of Vision franking systems an all-round view of postage usage and important status information about their franking system, e.g. available remaining credit or cartridge fill level, thanks to the informative dashboard.

With the comprehensive reporting function, you can easily create detailed analyses and evaluations of postage usage by postal product, cost center or user for freely definable time periods. At the same time, you have the option of creating posting and dispatch lists for special postal products (BZL, PRIO items).

Three different levels of report packages are available - you decide the level of detail with which you want to evaluate the postage usage for the freely selectable time periods. All reports can be printed directly or exported to PDF, Excel or CSV file formats.
