Flexpack cuts and perforates the cartons at the same time and produces high-quality filling and padding material. This saves packaging costs and protects the environment at the same time.
Highlights of the KOBRA FlexPack cardboard shredder
Kobra Flexpack can process up to 3 layers of cardboard (depending on thickness) into corrugated cardboard cushioning mats or compressed filling material.
The cushioning volume of the filling material can be adjusted using a specially developed tensioning system.
The Kobra Flexpack has an ADJUSTABLE WORKING WIDTH WITH SCALING, which allows the user to optimize the dimensions of the packaging material individually. It also has a large and comfortable support table, which ensures simple and ergonomic operation.
The latest TOUCH SCREEN TECHNOLOGY makes operating the machine intuitive and simple. In addition, the current workload of the machine is always displayed via the LED LAST METER. This allows you to avoid overloading the machine.

- The Kobra Flexpack is equipped with an hour counter that makes it easier to keep track of scheduled cleaning, maintenance and usage times. This standard function also helps when planning filter changes for machines equipped with the optional DCS-500 dust filter system.
