The systems work offline with the best digital printing systems in the world. This turns printed stacks of paper into perfect brochures in no time at all!
Versatile configuration options
The BM 5000 series is the latest addition to Plockmatic's booklet making family. Developed for customers with medium to high volumes and the highest quality and functional requirements. New printing systems can print ever larger formats. With the BM 5000 series, A4 booklets can now be produced cost-effectively in landscape and oversize formats.
With the BM 5035S/5050S with wire stitching heads, you can minimize the cost per copy. With 2 or 4 wire stitching heads you can also produce jobs with up to 35 or 50 sheets (140/200 pages) in double use, this functionality offers you higher productivity and efficiency.
Professional finishing for digitally printed sets
The System 5000 offers an incredible variety of applications:
- from A6 to A4 landscape format books from 99 x 210 up to 320 x 310 mm brochures.
- it processes brochures with up to 200 pages 80 g/m²
- with 2 Isaberg stitching heads with 5,000 needles each or optionally 2 or 4 ISP wire stitching heads
It has never been easier to achieve professional-looking results.
- with back pressure (squarefold) and
- Front trimming of brochures (front and optional head and foot trimming)
