Expandable at any time with automatic feeding, dynamic scales, locking module, cost center software or with the AZD function. The latter also enables mailing via alternative delivery services. Unique: vertical franking transport! This allows items of all formats - from postcards to B4 letters - to be removed from the stack and processed. The PostBase One is the professional system with high processing speed and a standard-setting letter opening thickness of 20 mm.
Maximum ease of use
The PostBase One is super easy to operate via the large color touch display thanks to intuitive user guidance. This is ensured by an operating concept that even inexperienced users can get to grips with immediately. The LAN interface allows lightning-fast software updates, postage rates and new advertising clichés online.
The Navigator, the direct route to modern data management
Many things can simply be set up and edited more conveniently on a PC. With PostBase NavigatorBasic, you can not only create text messages (SMS), but also set up and evaluate cost centers. PostBase NavigatorPlus can be used to create comprehensive reports and control additional functions such as posting and dispatch lists for additional letter services or PremiumAdress.
Costs always in view: Mailreport software
This professional cost center software allows you to allocate and manage postage costs to any number of cost centers. Entry of detailed shipment information and distribution to up to three cost center levels, clear presentation of postage costs according to flexibly selectable time periods, optional data export, for example as an Excel file or in .csv format.
