Gentle processing during fully automatic creasing and perforating
AutoCreaser Pro XW is a fully automatic creasing and perforating machine for the gentle processing of digital prints with sensitive surfaces, sheets with higher grammages, coated or laminated papers and thus prevents the problem of cracking that can occur when folding digitally printed material.
Paper feed
Paper is fed via a suction air feeder with air-assisted sheet separation with a maximum stacking capacity of 5 cm mm in height. The suction air feeder enables continuous material feed during production.
Passage width of up to 500 mm
The maximum throughput width is up to 500 mm. Longitudinal perforation via perforation wheels is also standard on the AutoCreaser Pro XW. The machine can optionally be equipped with cross and partial perforation.
