The Squarefolder SQF 104 can be combined with
- the BM 60/ BM 61 booklet makers (stitching + folding)
- many laser printers (e.g. Konica-Minolta, Ricoh, Xerox, Canon, Kyocera)
- Further processing machines from other manufacturers
The DFS 200e and DFS 300/ 300 S booklet making systems have their own Squarefolder modules.
Professional finishing for brochures with spine pressing
Added value through spine pressing - Here is an example: 12 sheets of a 48-page brochure have been collated, stitched and folded. For a perfect overall impression, only the V-shaped spine, which causes the brochure to "swell" into two halves, is now distracting.
Who hasn't experienced this? This is the ideal application for the Squarefolder SQF 104 from Francotyp-Postalia: It turns a V-shaped spine into a square one - similar to a bound copy.
This finishing has great advantages when it comes to a professional appearance. In addition, the brochures can also be stacked much more easily, e.g. during packaging, or positioned much more easily with a stack/block cutter during subsequent trimming and therefore processed more precisely.
