New machine

I received a new machine – what is the next step?

Once your machine has arrived, you can start the installation. In the course of the purchase, you have either indicated that you have the machine installed via one of our technicians, or you have chosen the self-installation. During the self-installation, please follow the installation guide in the supplied operating instructions.

What is necessary for the installation?

Please note that for the start-up of franking systems, the release of DPAG must be available in advance. You will receive it in letter form from Deutsche Post. For the start-up of the PostBase franking system, you will need a six-digit installation PIN (R-PIN). The R-PIN can be found on the order confirmation directly under position 10 of the material franking system PostBase. Please keep the R-PIN ready for commissioning.

How can I postpone an appointment?

Pick up the old machine

How do I start picking up an old machine?

If you have not already initiated the collection when buying the new machine, you can easily book the collection of equipment via our online form. You will find there both forms for a regular disposal and deregistration as well as those for Large appliances.
