Select & Order Cartridges

Which cartridge do I need for my franking machine?

The nature of the Cartridge for your FP franking system depends on the respective model and your desired size or consumption.

There are different cartridges for our machine models. So you can use the same cartridges for the PostBase Classic, the PostBase Insight and PostBase Green (also known as PostBase 30/45/65/100).

In addition, there are separate cartridges for the PostBase Fusion S35/S50/A70 and A120, for the PostBase Mini, for the PostBase Vision, for the PostBase Vision A120 and the PostBase One. In addition, there is a ribbon cassette for the court cost and fee templer.

With a high letter volume, a cartridge of size XL is available, while companies with a lower letter volume may need only a cartridge of size XS or S.

Why can't I find my cartouche in the shop anymore?

You can go to our Shop Browse cartouches by category and model. In addition, you can search for the product number using the search bar. It is possible that we currently have delivery difficulties or a model is sold out. However, we will communicate this on the respective product page. If you do not find your desired cartouche, please contact our customer service.

How do I order cartouches with 100% discount?

You can get a 100% discount on cartridges by concluding a FreePrint contract. FreePrint contracts secure the free delivery of ink cartridges within the scope of the agreed shipment volume.

Problems with cartridges

What does "incompatible cartridge " mean?

If you see the error message "incompatible cartridge", the ink cartridge used does not match your franking machine model. For example, a cartridge for a PostBase Mini does not fit into a PostBase Fusion. In addition, third-party cartridges can be faulty or incompatible.

My new cartouche is not recognized – what to do?

If your franking machine does not recognize the cartridge, please check that it is the correct model. If you have persistent problems, please contact our Customer service.

My cartridge has dried up – what can I do?

Cartridges have an expiration date and may be able to dry up if they are used for a longer period of time after purchase. We therefore recommend not to buy cartridges on stock, but only if they are needed. If the cartridge has already arrived dry, we ask you to do so via our Complaint form I'm sorry, but I don't know.
