I don't get a confirmation code by e-mail

Please check the "Spam" or "Junk" folder of your e-mail mailbox. If possible, ask your IT team whether such e-mails may be intercepted. If you still do not receive any code, please contact our Customer service.

Validation with customer number and postal code fails

Please check the entered data. A number turner may have crept in. Also, make sure that you use the postcode, which is also stored in your customer account, if your company should have more than one or you have moved in. If the validation continues to work, you can continue your purchase without validation. If you have any further problems with customer validation, please log in to our Customer service.

I used to be able to log in with my password – now I can't
