Where do I see the status of my order?

You can view the status of your delivery in your MyFP portal. Here you will find more information about our customer portal and the link to login.

I ordered a franking machine. When does it arrive?

We can only give you the calendar week in which the delivery of your machine is planned, as we do not dispose of our service providers ourselves.

Order placed, but no delivery received – what to do?

How does a return work?
